Point Saint Charles Beer Tour

Rediscover this neighbourhood at the heart of Canada’s cradle of industrialization; home to the English, Irish, Scottish and French Canadians but with a long history of community engagement and a long beer history as well. We will explore beer and its different facets in the Pointe from micro-breweries to taverns, food and beer pairings as well as the history of beer in Montreal from its early beginnings in New France. Drink and be merry while exploring the neighbourhood with a guide that knows their history and beer. The tour lasts 4.5 hours and includes approximately 3 kilometers of walking. The tour is done on foot and includes: 2 microbreweries 1 Tavern A historic diner Two beer focused boutiques with food savoury and sweet pairings The history of Pointe-Saint-Charles, the Lachine Canal and New France, always linked with beer!
