- Train in Khao Lak with certified Muay Thai instructors, building strength, coordination, and confidence as you learn real techniques step by step. - Your session begins as instructors welcome you, fit you with boxing gloves and hand wraps, then explain how the class will run from start to finish. - Train with boxing gloves and hand wraps provided on site while you learn stance and guard, then freshen up using showers and changing rooms. - Follow drills with footwork, pad work, and partner exercises that test your fitness as you pick up new moves from the Art of Eight Limbs. - Choose the format that suits you, a 2 hour group class with motivating peers or a 1 hour private session for direct time with your instructor.
