A cooking school in the nature of the Lattari Mountains, an area facing the sea of the Amalfi Coast and the Sorrento peninsula on one side, and the Sarno Valley, one of the most fertile areas in Italy, and Vesuvius on the other. A crossroads of landscapes and flavours, peasant traditions and experiments which have made Campania cuisine famous all over the world. We rediscover the agricultural products of the area and the traditional dishes, learning the secrets of their preparation and taking advantage of the different seasons. All with a pinch of imagination in revisiting the proposals with creativity.
