You will be welcomed at the facilities next to the main pier, where you can make use of bathrooms and showers, as well as drinking water, coffee or tea to prepare for the experience, here you can leave your belongings behind; when the boat is ready, you can walk out and board directly at the main pier of Puerto Morelos where your guide and captain will receive you to give you the welcome briefing and explain the rules of the activity.
