Atlas Mountains Hike & Local Family Cooking Experience

What makes this experience special is that you’ll spend the day with me, a local mountain guide, and my family in our humble home in a peaceful, less-visited part of the Atlas Mountains. Rather than following a typical tourist route, I’ll take you through mountain paths and villages around Amizmiz, sharing the landscapes, traditions and everyday life of the area. After the hike, you’ll be welcomed into our family home for a hands-on Moroccan cooking experience. You can help prepare a traditional homemade meal, learn about local ingredients and cooking traditions, enjoy Moroccan tea and share food and conversation with my family. Before the experience, you can tell me what meal you would like to prepare or let me know about any food allergies or dietary requirements. You may also meet my little daughter, who is simply part of our everyday family life. This is a private experience designed to connect you with a real local family and , less-touristy side of the Atlas Mountains.
