About this experience
Explore Victoria's harbour, Chinatown and historic streets on a 4 km self-guided smartphone audio walk featuring 28 points of interest. Start at Centennial Square and finish at Fisherman's Wharf, passing Fan Tan Alley, Market Square, the Inner Harbour, the Empress Hotel and the Parliament Buildings.
GPS-triggered audio plays as you walk, and a live route map shows your location. Download the tour before you set out for offline use, then start, pause and finish at your own pace; allow about two hours. There is no in-person guide.
The walk is mainly outdoors, so you can enjoy the route even when nearby buildings are closed. The Captain Cook statue has been removed; its stop explores the former site. Museum visits and other interior access are optional and not included.
