About this experience
Trier is Germany's oldest city — and in this outdoor escape game, its old town becomes the playing field. You'll follow young Markus Aurelius into Roman Trier in the year 310 AD and help him uncover the secret surrounding his uncle, a wealthy merchant with a problem he won't confide to anyone.
Every puzzle is tied to a real location: you start at the Porta Nigra, follow the trail through the city centre and finish at the Imperial Baths. Along the way you'll learn things about Trier that aren't in any guidebook.
What makes this tour special: it was handwritten exclusively for Trier — no generic content that would work anywhere. There's no fixed start time and no guide. You begin whenever you like, set your own pace and can pause at any point. One access code covers the whole team, and everyone plays along on their own phone. No app to install — it all runs in the browser.
