Shanghai 1933 Old Millfun: the Largest Historical Slaughterhouse

Shanghai has a wealth of history and architecture, but personally, my favorite building here is a quiet, lesser-known, yet astonishing British structure — the 1933 Slaughterhouse. As the only survivor of its kind, the slaughterhouse has an amazing design, an original auto-production line, and rich history connected to the 1920s-1930s Shanghai history. This tour is for anyone who loves unusual places, history, and architecture. Apart from this remarkable building, there are also many authentic Shanghai local residences nearby.
