Follow in the footsteps of Easy Company on a private battlefield journey through the Netherlands with Dutch historical researcher and storyteller Martin van Elmpt of Tour Guides for You. We start near Eindhoven, where the 101st Airborne Division landed during Operation Market Garden, and follow the route north through the battlefield landscape. Along the way we explore the objectives, decisions and fighting that shaped the operation, before reaching the area between Arnhem and Nijmegen known as “The Island”. Here we visit locations connected with Easy Company, including the famous Crossroads battle associated with Dick Winters.
