1. You book online and choose your pickup time and your return time. You pay in full at booking — nothing is owed to the driver, and we do not accept cash. 2. Cozumel has three cruise terminals — Puerta Maya, SSA International Pier and Punta Langosta — and the port publishes which ship docks where closer to the date. We watch for yours, and once it's published we send you your terminal and the exact meeting point, with photographs, the day before you travel. 3. On the day, walk out of the terminal. We are waiting for you outside, at our marked meeting point — about a 10 minute walk from the ship — and our English-speaking representative is holding a sign with your name. No queue, nothing to arrange at the curb. 4. Your private air-conditioned vehicle takes your group, and only your group, straight to your destination. 5. At the return time you chose, the same vehicle collects you and brings the whole group back to the pier together.
