You will be taught everything you need to know about the products of Lake Garda, and finally you will be served a typical candlelit dinner, with traditional Veronese dishes rich in history and ancestral tradition: the pastisada de caval, the Veronese dish par excellence, paired with toasted polenta, or bigoli with anara, a delicious egg pasta typical of the Veneto region paired with duck ragù, and if you're not a meat lover, no problem!
