Chiang Mai Jungle Coffee Experience: Farm Trek, Roast & Brew.

Leave city behind and journey into a remote Karen mountain community, where Arabica coffee grows beneath the forest canopy. Travel by air-conditioned van and rugged 4WD, walk through the shade-grown coffee forest, plant a coffee tree, enjoy a local farm-to-table lunch, then roast and brew your own Chiang Mai coffee alongside your local hosts. Only 16 spots are available per day—no more. Guests are divided into just two small groups, with a maximum of 8 people in each group. To keep the forest trail and coffee workshop peaceful, one group may begin with the forest walk while the other starts with roasting and brewing. The groups then switch, so every guest enjoys the same complete experience; only the order changes. Created together with the community, this is slow tourism with purpose: personal, unhurried, and closely connected to the people, coffee, and land. You’ll return with coffee you roasted yourself and a deeper understanding of Chiang Mai’s forest-grown coffee culture.
