Half-Day Private Pokhara Tour

Pokhara is where most treks in the Annapurna region begin, and the city is worth a morning on its own. On clear days you can see three of the world’s ten highest mountains from here, Dhaulagiri, Annapurna I and Manaslu, with Machhapuchhre (6,997 m) rising above the lake. We start early and drive up to Sarangkot to watch the sunrise over the Annapurna range. Then we take a boat across Phewa Lake to the small Barahi Temple on its island, walk up to the World Peace Pagoda for a wide view over the lake and the valley, and finish at Devi’s Falls, where the water disappears into the ground. The tour takes about five hours. It is private, only for you and the people you travel with, and a local guide from our team is with you the whole time. We pick you up at your hotel in Pokhara Lakeside, and all entry fees are included. It is a good way to get to know Pokhara before or after your trek.
