Family aromatherapy workshop in a lavender distillery

This workshop meets a concrete expectation: to stop having essential oils that we dare not use. For 3 hours, learn the basics of simple and safe family aromatherapy with a certified producer. The session begins with a tour of the distillery: origin, production and differences between essential oil, floral water and “perfume”. Continue with an olfactory workshop to (re) know the local species (fine lavender and its varieties, lavender...) and associate each smell with realistic uses. Then, place at the heart of the subject: rules of use for the family, gestures and precautions. Finally, make your adapted preparation (roll-on, mixture "sleep, air, cold"...). You leave with your creation ready to use and the method to make again at home, without improvisation!
