Set high above the Aegean at Somana Flo Studio, this Vinyasa Flo class blends dynamic yoga, mindful conditioning and breath-led movement to build strength, tone and vitality. With sweeping sea-facing views, elevated guidance from internationally certified instructors and a serene open-air setting, guests leave feeling energised, grounded and deeply connected to the island. We offer 3 resident instructors over the Summer Season carefully curated from around the world, guaranteeing a high standard of practice and the ability to meet and experience different cultures and instruction in our space.
