Choose the Japanese kitchen knife workshop that suits you in Arashiyama. The Beginner workshop focuses on sharpening a knife with its handle already attached. The Custom workshop lets you choose from several blade types, sharpen the blade, fit the provided handle, and finish the knife; the handle type cannot be selected. Initial stamping is available for an extra fee in the Custom workshop. Both workshops include a finished Japanese kitchen knife to take home.
