2 Hours Mozzarella Experience

The class will be interactive. Prepare to wear gloves and put your hands in hot water to learn how to work with the stretching cord and shape Mozzarella. You will also have the chance to taste the flavors of the Apulian land, relax with a good glass of wine, and take a tour of the wonderful Masseria.
