Our distillery, Bodegas Papiamento, is committed to sustainability with a farm-to-table concept, growing our own sugar cane and herbs. Our rums, aged in oak and Jerez barrels, boast a smooth, sweet finish that pairs perfectly with locally crafted dark chocolates. Our award-winning rums have received international recognition, including Gold medals at the San Francisco and New York International Spirits Competitions. Please note that a 10% service charge will be applied to reservations of six guests or more.
