Lunenburg County Social Eats: Pierogi Nights

Ever notice how a certain smell, taste, or feel certain food brings on a sense of nostalgia? It brings you back to a certain place and time with family, friends, and memories over a heart-warming meal; well, this is just such an event. Together we re-create my grandpa's holiday feast of pierogi, cabbage rolls, sauerkraut, and more. Starting from fresh ingredients from the seasonal garden & pantry we work our way towards the kitchen, before filling our bellies with joy.
