This isn't a class where you sit back and watch. You'll be behind the bar with us, mixing, muddling, shaking, tasting and creating your own cocktails. You'll get to explore the flavors that make Mexican cocktails so unique, from smoky mezcal and bright Mexican lime to sweet agave, tart hibiscus, juicy tropical fruits, tamarind, chile, Tajín and fresh herbs. You'll taste the ingredients on their own, discover how they work together, and learn how to balance smoky, sweet, spicy and citrusy flavors to create a great cocktail. Throughout the experience, you'll make several different cocktails, with plenty of opportunities to experiment, get creative
