Private Northern Lights Tour in English

Immerse yourself in the Icelandic night and chase the magic of the Northern Lights, those dancing lights that have inspired myths and wonder for centuries. Your Northern Lights experience starts with a pickup at your hotel in Reykjavik, where your guide will take you away from the city lights to valleys, fjords, and lava fields that offer clear skies. Unlike bus tours, this is a tailor-made experience: your guide monitors aurora forecasts, weather conditions, and solar activity in real time, choosing the best route each night to maximize your chances of seeing the lights. While you wait for the aurora, you’ll enjoy hot chocolate and cookies under the stars, Icelandic folklore stories, and tips for night photography. The vehicle is warm and comfortable, with blankets on board. If conditions don’t cooperate, you’ll receive a 100% refund of the price you paid.
