Through this workshop, you will discover the whole history of Alsatian Whisky, as well as the different stages necessary for the development of its exceptional spirits. After the technical part of the distillation in the still room, you will discover the richness of our aging cellar and its 700 barrels. You will also be able to test the accuracy of your palate during an introduction to professional tasting and a blind tasting workshop.
