Leave Málaga in a small group of no more than 8 and travel into the countryside of Mollina, where traditional agriculture and modern production meet. Begin at certified organic fields, walking among centuries-old olive trees, historic vines, almond trees and working beehives while your guide explains how altitude, soil and climate shape the region’s wines and oils. Continue behind the scenes at Sociedad Cooperativa Virgen de la Oliva, an active local producer. Explore the olive mill, bottling areas and traditional cement-tank hall, and taste wine directly from a cement tank when production allows. Finish with 5 local wines and 3 organic olive oils, accompanied by an individual tapas pairing tray and shared Spanish tortilla. Round-trip transport from central Málaga is included.
