Tokyo Sushi Making Class and Picnic near Shinjuku Gyoen

This is a unique sushi making and picnic experience near Shinjuku Gyoen, one of Tokyo’s most beautiful gardens, famous for cherry blossoms and autumn leaves. Beginners can enjoy making nigiri sushi with staff guidance. You will use popular ingredients such as tuna and salmon and learn the basics in an authentic sushi restaurant. After making your sushi, enjoy it inside the restaurant or, weather permitting, take it to nearby Shinjuku Gyoen for a picnic. You can also wear a Japanese happi coat, making it a fun and memorable way to feel like a sushi chef and learn about Japanese food culture. Admission to Shinjuku Gyoen is not included. Guests can buy a ticket for an additional 500 yen at the restaurant if available, or at Shinjuku Gyoen on the day.
