The Ikoma Mountain Tour

My sisters and I have been living in Japan our whole lives, and for years we have been sharing the joys and the delights that are in Nara prefecture. Our home of Ikoma is one of them. Ikoma mountain is fondly known as a "power spot" by the locals who live here. A place to recharge, a place that is spiritual, and one where you can fully immerse yourself in the culture. For this tour we will be sharing all the little tidbits about the town, the history, as well as why we find this little nook of Japan so special. Keep in mind that the majority of the tour is walking up stairs, leading up to the temple. On the way down we have the option to take the cable car back. So be sure to bring your best shoes, a notebook for notes, and a little bit of pocket money for souvenirs.
