Reiki & Sound Healing on the Red Rocks of Sedona

Together we will do an easy hike to a special sacred spot within view of three of Sedona's iconic red rock mountains. On the walk and then at this spot, you will first learn about vortexes, healing energy, and chakras and will have the possibility of kinesthetically experiencing this energy through meditation and grounding exercises. Then, you will experience a Reiki hands-on energy healing accompanied by Himalayan singing bowls. It is possible to totally customize this experience, depending on you and your group's understanding of and experience with subtle energy. A Participant Form is available for each person to fill in prior to this experience to help customize it. Also, an audio or video call is available prior as a free consultation.
