Bonjour! I'm Jean, your oenologist, graduated from the Faculty of Oenology of Dijon (State Diploma). I am passionate about the world of Vine and Wine, and I love the Burgundy region where I grew up and which I know well. My cousin François-Xavier and I are delighted to welcome you to the Dufouleur Frères Œnothèque to share our passion and discuss our family's wines with you. We hope to see you soon!
