Korouoma Canyon & Auttiköngäs in different seasons: Summer: Green, peaceful, and full of beautiful hiking trails. It is a great time to enjoy the canyon views, forests, and fresh nature. Autumn: In autumn, nature becomes colorful with red, yellow, and orange leaves. It is a perfect season for photography and peaceful nature walks. Winter: Winter makes these canyons magical. Both canyons are covered in snow, and its famous frozen waterfalls create a truly special fairy tale Arctic experience. Spring: In spring, the snow starts melting and nature slowly wakes up again. The canyons feels fresh, calm, and beautiful during this season. NOTE: At Auttiköngäs, we visit and explore the iconic historic log-driving site; the full Auttiköngäs loop trail is not included. At Korouoma Canyon, the activity includes our standard approximately 5 km loop hike.
