2-Hour Visit to the Slow Food Farmer's Market and Agri-Aperitif

Participants will be able to visit the main points of interest of the medieval village, meet the local farmers, listen to their stories, taste their products. Chef Katia Sandri will illustrate traditional recipes and the best way to use market products. During the visit we will talk about sustainable food and tradition. At the end of the visit, a delicious aperitif at the castle rock or in the farmhouse garden will complete the morning.
