Alternative Walking Tours

Hi, my name is Yasar Ozcelik, and I am a fully registered tour guide from the Istanbul Aydin University. Of having grown up exploring and playing on the streets around the family business in Sultanahmet, the old historical part of Istanbul. I always enjoyed taking my friends to these exciting new places ı would discover. I realized that there were so many historical places and hidden treasures that the tourists were not seeing. I was disappointed that no one seemed to offer to excite off the beaten track tours. Local history and photography is a passion that ı would like to share with you. This is my inspiration to create these moving historical tours by a friendly local.
