Comuna 20 - Art and Culture with social meaning

In the middle of the mountains to the west of the city of Cali, between the Farallones and Cristo Rey is Siloé, the neighborhood that is closer to heaven! Siloé is part of the commune 20 considered one of the most vulnerable areas of the city, however, in recent years it has been working with the community in search of new forms of expression and work to consolidate itself as a stage for art and culture.
