Historic Winery Tour with 1968 Vernaccia Tasting

Time is a journey into memory, roots and the history of our family. The visit takes place in Baratili San Pietro, in the historic winery where everything began in the early 1950s with Vernaccia di Oristano. Here, time moves slowly among centuries-old Sardinian chestnut barrels, soft light, silence and ancient aromas. During the tour, guests will visit the historic cellar, the ageing room where Vernaccia di Oristano rests according to tradition, and the bottling area. The tasting is dedicated to three historic vintages of Vernaccia di Oristano DOC Riserva, selected to express the evolution of time in the glass: Vernaccia di Oristano DOC Riserva 2006 Vernaccia di Oristano DOC Riserva 2004 Vernaccia di Oristano DOC Riserva 1968 Three unique expressions of longevity, elegance and identity, carefully preserved by the Carta family through generations. Served with a selection of traditional Sardinian sweets.
