5-Course Organic Salento Tasting Menu at an Agriturismo, Zero-Km

Guests are welcomed at Masseria Stali and guided to their reserved table in the restaurant — a beautifully restored agriturismo dining room with stone walls and traditional Salento architecture. The experience begins with a staff introduction to the menu and the philosophy of the masseria, followed by the arrival of the shared appetizer at the center of the table. Guests share the antipasto together, then choose their first course from three iconic Salento pasta dishes. Staff briefly introduce each dish as it arrives, explaining its origins and the ingredients used. The main course follows, again with a choice between three traditional Salento meat dishes, served with seasonal farm side dishes. The meal closes with torta pasticciotto and a glass of Primitivo from the farm's own production. The atmosphere is warm, convivial, and unhurried. Private tables are reserved — guests dine alongside other tables in the restaurant, in a genuine agriturismo setting.
