SOWETO: much more than just museums! Engaging while giving back

Soweto is huge: a full day is needed. The most authentic Soweto tour on offer, often featured in local media. Many Soweto tours are covering the same sights in large groups. EENBLOND AFRICA do things differently. We believe in treating tourists as guests, and prefer to share current day Soweto; let you experience life as it is lived today, the culture, and meet regular local people without ignoring the importance of past events and the fascinating history. Your guides are local and well known and loved in Soweto. We also use additional Sowetan guides to give you a varied experience. We support local communities and entrepreneurs. More than 50% of your tour price goes back to the community. I don't support poverty tourism. Book now if you don't want a rushed experience, but rather spend a warm, immersive day in a very interesting and friendly city. We would love to share Soweto with you over drinks, walking and lots of chatting. Local guides, transfers and admission fees included.
