About this experience
Our tour starts with a visit Hill of Slane, ruins full of mystery, history and myth.
Quick drive to Monasterboice High Cross and Rounder tower. These are the remains of an early Christian monastic settlement in the north of Drogheda.
Our last visit to this area will be the famous Old Mellifont Abbey – first monastery in Ireland, dating from 1142. Listen with attention to your guide, you will found out an amazing history about “ Conspiracy of Mellifont”
