Sound Bath & Gong Experience in Peschiera del Garda

Just steps from the shore of Lake Garda, in the historic town of Peschiera del Garda, this sound bath offers something increasingly rare: real time to switch off. In a calm, welcoming space you don't just watch or listen — you lie back and let waves of sound wash over you. The session brings together an unusual range of ancestral instruments: planetary gongs, crystal harp, Tibetan bowls, shamanic drum and ocean drum, played live to create deep, enveloping vibrations. No experience is needed, and it suits complete beginners as easily as regular practitioners. You leave feeling lighter, calmer and more relaxed — a gentle pause that pairs perfectly with a slow day by the lake. Small groups keep the atmosphere intimate, and everything you need is provided, so you simply arrive and let go.
