Your hands-on cooking experience features: - Italian Bruschetta with tomato, balsamic glaze, basil, red onions and baguette - Handmade Pasta with your choice of Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe or Amatriciana sauce - Tiramisù with coffee, ladyfingers and mascarpone You will leave knowing how to make fresh egg pasta by hand and prepare three classic Roman sauces from scratch.
