You'll stroll through ancient fruit trees, many Slow Food Presidia, aromatic and medicinal herbs, rows of vines and a biolake. You will meet the farm animals and learn about the principles of organic farming, biodiversity and sustainability. The tour ends in the Ca' Rugate winery with a tasting of the exclusive Vermouth di Amarone, made with the botanicals grown on the farm: a glass that encapsulates the essence of the landscape and tradition of the territory.
