Cavatelli and Mortar Pesto Masterclass

Imagine cooking with the sea breeze on your face and the sound of waves in the background. The cooking class takes place in a stunning location directly overlooking the tourist marina, in small groups (max 10 people) Together, we will rediscover the slow rhythms of Italian tradition: you will learn the art of shaping handmade semolina 'cavatelli' pasta one by one, and crush fresh basil in a traditional marble mortar. All while sipping a chilled glass of local wine in front of the sea, before enjoying the most scenic lunch of your holiday!
