Rome Fitness Private Sessions

An instructor, up to two people and a session built on your goal instead of adapted to it: before starting, we ask you what you want to achieve, and the training is born from that response. Any format, any location: Villa Pamphilj, Baths of Caracalla, Circus Maximus, Aventine, or your hotel terrace, if you prefer not to move. The only tailor-made fitness service for those visiting Rome, managed by professionals who have been working in the city for over ten years and know every suitable space for training. Thought for couples with different levels, solo travelers, and anyone with an injury or a specific goal to meet. Flexible hours from dawn to dusk, equipment included, in Italian and English, with the possibility of booking multiple sessions during the stay.
