Evo Oil Experience with Oil Tasting and Lunch in the Nature

Walk in a XVII-century olive grove, guided by a local producer. We will be happy to tell you not only about the production of Tuscan olive oil, but also about our territory and its history, and give you some valuable advice that only a true local would know! Taste and learn how to recognize high-quality oils, by comparing them. We will show you the tasting tools and the official procedure and you will be an oil sommelier for a day! You will also acquire the skills to distinguish a good oil from a less good one and learn to read labels, especially the misleading ones! Enjoy a delicious meal in the company of both locals and fellow travellers. We prepare the meal with fresh local ingredients, including those produced on our farm: oil, vegetables, fruit, jams, chestnuts, eggs. We grow our produce in a sustainable way, without the use of pesticides and chemicals. For us, farming is synonymous with respect for the environment and protection of the land.
