Most bike tours in Valencia are run by guides who moved here a few years ago. I'm Albano, a Spaniard whose family has lived in Valencia for generations, so you can ask a local everything: how people really live here, how the city has changed over the last 50 years, where we eat and why we do things the way we do. We ride through the Turia Gardens to the City of Arts and Sciences, then into the old town: Colon Market, the City Hall square, the Central Market, the UNESCO-listed Silk Exchange and the Torres de Quart.
