Your journey begins with an Expert Sommelier as you savor up to five wines while exploring the vineyards and production areas, learning the philosophy of winemaking and the art of viticulture. Next, step into the role of Winemaker for a Day with our Premium Wine Blending Experience. Working with select wines from Italian oak casks or small French oak barrels, you’ll craft your own glass of a custom red wine blend. You’ll then have the option to purchase a bottle of your blend, creating a memorable keepsake of your experience. We conclude the tour with a curated three-part food and wine pairing, featuring delectable creations, each matched with a sommelier-selected wine—designed to educate, entice, and delight your senses. In total, you’ll sample up to ten different wine varietals.
