Our beautiful Ardèche is full of multiple terroirs, all unique and giving life to products of choice, rich in flavors. During this tasting, you will discover our 4 "Les Confidential" cuvées enhanced by exceptional products, typical of the Ardèche. These specialties are selected by us, from local producers sharing the same cultivation principles as us. This moment will of course also be an opportunity to share with you the history of the Château, the philosophy of the estate and the main principles of food and wine pairing.
