With warm, hands-on guidance, you'll craft balanzoni – Bologna's rich stuffed pasta – and a layered zuppa inglese, two beloved expressions of the Emilia-Romagna table. During the class, you'll create: - balanzoni with mortadella, ricotta and Parmigiano Reggiano, finished with butter and sage - zuppa inglese with sponge cake, Alchermes liqueur and cream Local wines and still and sparkling water included.
