We continue through the Canal Belt (Grachtengordel), a UNESCO-listed 17th-century area known for its elegant canals and wealthy merchant houses, while I share stories about Amsterdam’s Golden Age. Next, we try a freshly made Dutch stroopwafel before exploring the charming Jordaan district, including a hidden hofje, a peaceful courtyard away from the crowds. We then walk along the scenic Brouwersgracht, one of Amsterdam’s most beautiful canals, before finishing in a traditional café with Dutch beer, jenever, and local snacks.
