Make traditional handmade pasta from scratch with a local chef!

It's not a demonstration, it's a real hands-on class of 3 or more hours where you will make and understand all the steps, guided by my 19-years experience in teaching. Handmade pasta is made using only the rolling pin (never talk with me about machines!) and it a real art, maybe not immediate but challenging and you will be really proud of your work.
