The missionaries used to normally send coffee to their relatives as gifts. Coffee tour experience done in the village setting gives you a great taste of a true finest Ugandan coffee made by you in an organic process which involves pounding dry coffee beans using a wooden mortar to remove the husks and later roast them in fire using a dry saucepan with little firewood.
