Santorini flavors

Start your day with a walk to pyrgos the highest village on the island. Wander the winding cobblestone streets, admire the Cycladic architecture and climb to the medieval Kastelli for a panoramic view of the whole of Santorini. Continue to the Venetsanos Winery. It is the first industrial winery on the island (built in 1947) with a unique architecture carved into the rock, operating under gravity. You will take a tour of the cave facilities and enjoy a wine tasting on its famous terrace, which offers one of the most stunning and unobstructed views of the Caldera and the rocks. Complete your experience at a traditional tavern that produces its own products on its adjacent farm. Don't forget to try the traditional tomato meatballs, Santorini fava, their own handmade sausage and dishes with the famous white aubergine of Santorini. The environment is extremely welcoming.
