Private Devil's Wine's Evening Tasting

Following a brief historical-anthropological introduction to wine, participants will be able to learn about the history, curiosities, characteristics of the territory, the vines grown, and the organoleptic characteristics of the wines produced in various areas of the world. The tasting includes 5 wines with bubbles that will be served in combination with seasonal dishes and where possible, typical of the production area of ​​the same, all for a total duration of about 2 hours and 30 minutes. The program of the evening scheduled at the moment includes a sparkling method, an Ancestral method, a Martinotti /Charmay method, a Traditional method or a Cremant, and finally a Champenois method bubbly. What makes unique this activity is that it will teach guests everything that you need to know about wine with bubbles in one single evening experience.
